Postponed Fourth micro Criminal Court on Thursday (October 3 / October 2013 ) issue of an officer accused of assaulting the safety the verses of scarlet body , by the recent arrest pending a security issue.
The Court has identified 18 / December 2013, as the date for the next hearing .
During the last meeting I attended lawyer Reem Khalaf scarlet , while attending Marwa Ansari Manabh the of Farid Ghazi , the Court indicated that a letter was received from the police confirms the lack of representation of the security cameras because of criminal investigations over a period of time on the incident .

The lawyer Reem Khalaf had made plea and requested the condemnation of the officer , while attended by Farid Ghazi lawyer for the officer , and asked through its case acquitted the officer in advance several arguments , including that the coroner 's report confirms the absence of any traces of beatings.
The prosecution has completed its investigation into the complaint filed by the Scarlet reported being beaten during her arrest , where it heard the public prosecutor to the statements of the victim and witnesses , and attach a forensic report location on the victim , and ordered to refer the accused , which is an officer at the Ministry of the Interior.
